A great autumn dish even in this lovely weather as seafood suits the sun.

A lovely hint of fennel seeds with a satisfying base of tomato and beans.

Based on a dish from the River Cafe London and in a similar style to Ottolenghi where you could sub the white wine for Ouzo or Pernod.

Banana Bread

Having tried many recipes this is my favourite, especially with the 4 ripe bananas rather than 2, which is the point for me.

Therefore I would even add less sugar if your bananas are lovely sweet ones.

A good one for the lunchbox too.
