Parsley Squid and Cannellini Bean Stew

A great autumn dish even in this lovely weather as seafood suits the sun.

A lovely hint of fennel seeds with a satisfying base of tomato and beans.

Based on a dish from the River Cafe London and in a similar style to Ottolenghi where you could sub the white wine for Ouzo or Pernod.
