Ginger Puddings with Caramel Ginger Sauce
This is for all the people who have tried this delicious, soufflé-like, dessert at my place who asked for the recipe.
(i.e. potato and leek)
Velvet smooth soup, prefect for a warming autumnal lunch.
I found leeks on special right now too.
This was the star dish for our Mother's Day picnic and it reminded me how delicious it really is.
Perfect to make after a roast dinner with any left over vegies as you add some pumpkin and potato as well - whatever you have really.
Whole eggs are broken into the dish, as well as pouring a custard made with a few extra eggs, milk and nutmeg, so the texture is amazing.

These are too easy for words and look spectacular, and taste just as good.
A wonderful way to enjoy figs in season.
