Recipe of the Week - Egg and Bacon Pie!

This was the star dish for our Mother's Day picnic and it reminded me how delicious it really is.
Perfect to make after a roast dinner with any left over vegies as you add some pumpkin and potato as well - whatever you have really.
Whole eggs are broken into the dish, as well as pouring a custard made with a few extra eggs, milk and nutmeg, so the texture is amazing.
