Cabbage Braised with Bacon and Beer
Served with a simple piece of grilled white fish and some mashed potato, this dish says autumn to me and is true comfort food.
Based on a recipe by Rick Stein, it seems to especially hit the spot for men, could it be the beer...
Make sure to use good quality smoky bacon to really make the most of this great combination.
