Portuguese Kale with Black Beans Pine Nuts and Garlic Crumbs
Kale is a superfood these days:- high in fibre, vitamins A C and K, folic acid, iron, potassium and calcium, as well as Omega-3 fatty acids!
This is my favourite way to cook it.
