Recipe of the Week - Vichyssoise Soup aka Potato and Leek

Leeks are on special at Harris Farm this week so I had to make this velvet smooth, delicious soup.

Just follow the weights correctly to get a nice balance between the potato and leek, it needs a little bite to it.
