Salad Dressing - for a cabbage and beetroot salad

¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garam marsala
¼ cup buttermilk – or use milk with 1 ½ tsp lemon juice or vinegar
Salt to taste
 
Red cabbage - shredded
Red onion –finely sliced
Beetroot – cooked and shredded/cubed
