Maple Glazed Dutch Carrots with Haloumi

Combining the classic Greek entree and well known marriage of cheese and honey, the idea came to me while trying to find the best dutch carrot recipe - this has a maple twist that I so much prefer, and in the end my I think one the best ways to enjoy a fresh bunch of dutch carrots!
