Soba Noodles with Kale and Sesame

Thank you to brother Gareth for this one, it was a huge hit at our mum's last birthday as part of a Japanese feast.

The kale is crsiped in the oven to add the best contrasting texture to the silky noodles.

A wonderful vegetarian meal or side dish.
