Tava, Cypriot Baked Lamb with Cumin and Tomatoes

This is wonderful one-pot cooking, full of flavour and quick to prepare - just make sure to leave enough time for the 2 hours baking for the lamb to soften up.

I made this last night while in holiday mode.
