Recipe of the week - Gari, Japanase Pickled Ginger

Just a reminder how easy this is to make, I needed some for our sushi lunch on the weekend and only had the quantity for 1/6 of this recipe and it still worked perfectly. The colour here is due to brown sugar instead of caster sugar, which would turn it the familiar pink.
