This is the best recipe of this classic dish that I have come accross - crispy pastry base and a decadent filling.
Due to popular demand and how AMAZING this cake is, I am making it again this week for the tradesmen (and my family!).
My friend Patsy has even tripled the recipe to make one large cake and feed 60, and it worked!
The Guinness adds a malt, rich flavour so I promise it is not as strange as it first sounds, it gives the cake a depth and brings out the chocolate even more.
A classic! Quick, simple healthy dip that all love. High in calcium so is a good one for those on a dairy-free diet.
This is so simple and can feed as many as you require depending on the size of salmon - perfect for Easter Friday, especially if entertaining the masses! Looks so classy in the middle of the table, simply add some beautiful bread and a tahini or horseradish sauce, done!
