This is so simple and can feed as many as you require depending on the size of salmon - perfect for Easter Friday, especially if entertaining the masses! Looks so classy in the middle of the table, simply add some beautiful bread and a tahini or horseradish sauce, done!
Favourite Gadget - Ceramic Knife - they don't oxidise the food like steel does - see apple pic! I like the brand Kyocera and use their peelers as well for this reason.

An old Women's Weekly Classic, and having tried 3 different recipes this was absolutely fantastic!!
Time for a healthy, cheap and warming soup as the weather cools down and we all start to bunker in a little.
