7 Hour Lamb with Pomegranate and Home made Labna and Harissa Sauce
Do not forget this amazing dish when you need to cater for a crowd or special dinner party like I just did for my husband's birthday.
I prepared the labna days before as it is much cheaper to make yourself and so easy, then let the lamb roast all day.
I even prepped the pomegranate and froze the seeds til needed.
This is a favourite.
