Tempura Whiting
From sea to plate by Gyton Grantley! And this is my favourite for fish and chips - nothing beats fresh whiting in a light beer batter such as Tempura. Adjust the amounts as you go til the batter is thick enough to coat the fish well.

Whiting fillets from nth bondi
Shallow fry in oil of your choice (Gaz likes chilli oil)
Shake some salt and dip in sweet chilli x
