This is one of the best vegetarian dishes ever.
It is autumn time and the mushroom season is upon us so is a perfect time to give this a go. It can be made in advance and is a great dish to serve alongside a roast at a dinner party with mixed tastes.
I like the abundance of nuts in this one, it adds great flavour and texture - thanks Lou!
