Recipe of the week! Clams with Jamon white wine and beans


As Neil Perry says.."I'm addicted to the salty flavours of the sea, the nutty taste of the clams and the deep richness of the ham".
This takes like 15 minutes!
The trick is adding sundried tomatoes for some natural tomato sweetness.
It is cold now, whip this one up!
