Apple Fritters for a Junior Cook

These were made by my daughter and she loved having her first solo cook in the kitchen.

The recipe is from my first ever kids cookbook, the Junior Cook. It's such a great cookbook!

Ahh memories..

This is where my pikelet recipe is from all those years ago..
