A great starter that looks and tastes so gorgeous.

We all need a few easy entertaining platters in this party time and this fits so well.

Is an alternative to the expensive burrata cheese - buffalo mozzarella with cream inside - that I adore.

Based on a recipe in the Gourmet Traveler magazine.
