Recipe of the Week - Warm Artichoke Dip

This is a cheesy, warm dip studded with fragrant artichokes and a hint of garlic.
You could add some crab for decadence like I adored in Canada.
Served with some fresh radish, carrot, cucumber and zucchini strips, as well as bread, with some soft boiled eggs - a lovely, vegetarian, midweek meal.
Or as it is with crackers for a wonderful starter.
