Recipe of the Week - 7 hour lamb

7 hour lamb

Use any spice mix or marinade you like with a few cms of liquid (wine stock water) then follow the cooking times etc

This was served last dinner party to all our family on top of a Puy lentil and rocket salad (recipe soon), it was a smash !
