Grilled Zucchini with Feta Chilli and Fresh Herbs

My new favourite side dish.

I packed it up for an evening picnic just last night, served with some lamb kebabs that I all precooked, and the flavours just got better by the time we sat down to eat.

So quick, it is also a great summer midweek side dish too.
