Recipe of the Week - Best Lemon Tart Ever

I still hear of prolific lemon trees and houses with 30 lemons to find a use for - this is from the River Cafe women in London and is absolutely amazing.
A labour of love to make, as the custard takes time to thicken and keep smooth, but is so well worth it.
I am asked for this recipe all the time
