Chicken Marbella

From the famous Silver Plate Cookbook in the US, this is a favourite of mine.

I was once asked for a recipe to feed a crowd and this is perfect for those occasions, or you can halve the recipe for smaller numbers too etc.

The combination of flavours is magic.
