Lunch Box Suggestion - ceramic knife purchase

If you like to give your kids fresh fruit, try purchasing a ceramic knife, the steel is what triggers oxidisation, therefore when cutting with a ceramic knife the fruit stays fresh all day.

Ceramic peelers are also available if the fruit requires it.

Apple with ceramic knife on left, steel on right - after 2 hours.
