Recipe of the Week - Slow Roasted Lamb Shanks

This is a very French way of cooking lamb, adding anchovies as the seasoning, trust me it doesn't taste of them at all, the anchovies flavour like salt but with added depth to really accentuate the beautiful lamb flavours - perfect for this weather!
(If in doubt, you can replace the anchovies with salt)
