Baked Figs with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola

A simple yest delicious starter for any occasion, and a great way to enjoy figs in their season.
Pictured: Baked Figs with Prosciutto and Gorgonzola
6 – 8 figs
6 – 8 slices prosciutto
Small piece of gorgonzola cheese
Slice a cross in the top of each fig, do not cut right through.
Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto, crumble the feta into the cross on the top.
Lay in a baking dish and bake 25 minutes until bumbling and hot.
Serve.
Serve 1 -2 per person
