With a splash of Campari this is for those who love a slightly bitter aperitif.

Lillet Blanc (pronouned "le-lay") is a French aperitif wine from Bordeaux with a blend of 85% wine and citrus liqueurs made from a variety of oranges. It was rejuvinated in the James Bond film Casino Royale where Bond asks the bartender for a dry Martini, then suddenly changes the order to "Three measures of Gordon's, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet." He later names it Vesper after his love interest in the story. It was also in the film Hannibal where Mr Lecter drinks "Lillet and a slice of orange over ice"; he later serves this drink to Clarice Starling.

It is very refreshing.
