Especially her Textures of Squid with Beetroot and Chilli.
Curing seafood with beetroot is delicious, and looks amazing!

It is school holidays and this has been the winning baking recipe that the kids have loved the most.
They get to mix it all, roll up the little balls of dough and press them with a fork - too fun!

This is a cheesy, warm dip studded with fragrant artichokes and a hint of garlic.
You could add some crab for decadence like I adored in Canada.
Served with some fresh radish, carrot, cucumber and zucchini strips, as well as bread, with some soft boiled eggs - a lovely, vegetarian, midweek meal.
Or as it is with crackers for a wonderful starter.

A perfect winter seafood bake.
Thinly slice the potatoes so they cook through.
I like to serve this with warm tortillas for mini wraps and to mop up the beautiful juices.
