Homemade Pâté - with Brandy and chicken livers

This is a divine smooth pâté.

It is so simple to make, ready for a party or home-style banh mi (Vietnamese Baguette) - makes a large batch that you can easily freeze into portions too.

Try to buy organic livers and ask the butcher to prep them for you - they are so cheap and well worth it.

This is truly delicious.
