Cauliflower braised with Turmeric and Dill

 

A quick side dish with loads of flavour.

Turmeric is also known to have loads of health benefits, so is good to have a few dishes that include it on a regular basis - helps fight certain cancers (combined with cauliflower has shown to prevent prostate cancer), is anti-inflammatory (good for arthritis), helps combat Alzheimer's by removing amyloyd plaque build-up in the brain, is a liver detoxifier..

For another quick way to include turmeric, add a tsp to rice when cooking.
