Balmain Bugs with Ginger and Shallots

MERRY XMAS and HNY!!

Have had the best time down the South Coast of NSW where we found Balmain Bugs at Lucky's Seafood in Ulladulla, and at great prices - as delicious as lobster and came already halved ready for the BBQ.

We cooked them with Truffle Butter made with Tetsuya's Black Truffle Salsa, and they were amazing!
