Chicken and Pistachio Nut Sandwiches
Served as part of a wonderful Christmas High Tea last weekend, these were all gobbled up!
Alongside other simple classics - egg; ham, Dijon and Swiss Cheese; roast beef and horseradish; cucumber; smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers; turkey, cranberry and brie.
And luckily Sydney finally served up a beautiful, sunny day!
