Based on a dish from the Flying Fish restaurant by Sri Lankan owner Peter Kuruvita, this is a version for the home cook.
It has a great serving approach where the fish is pan-fried separately therefore the curry can be served on it's own for vegetarians or with grilled chicken for those who prefer it. Is a great dinner party main for being so versatile with tastebuds.

I have baked a batch of these just yesterday as gifts for the staff at daycare to hand out at the xmas party today - they make great gifts as they are not only delicious but make a huge batch, you can also freeze the dough if you don't need as many this time round.
ps - A Sicilian Almond version is included within this recipe that are amazing.
